Our History

Eze-Frame was conceived in the year 2020 on a hunting trip to a southern state. When Hershberger, our founder, was on a hunting expedition for wild game, it dawned on him to design and construct a steel frame building. The icing on the cake was when after a detailed research, he discovered that light gauge steel framing would complement The Metal Shop, a sister company that offers metal roofing panels. This new venture would bring a better and improved way of framing both commercial and residential buildings to the people in the northern states of the country.

Hershberger, has been actively and independently in the metal roofing industry since the year 2008. Having strong support from his wife and their six children, he has been able to establish a business that has supplied the people of Michigan with over ten thousand metal roofs over the last ten years. Hershberger credits his success to his family and everyone’s vested interest in achieving the best.

DESIGN

Our team will help you design the architectural plans, helping you visualize all your light gauge steel drawings.

CONVERSION

Our talented specialist converts and designs the plans into 3D models.

PRODUCTION

The completed files of the 3D model are sent electronically to our mobile factories for production and manufacturing.

CUTTING

Every individual component is cut exact to length, service and fastener holes are pre-punched, studs pre-swaged, pre-notched and ready for quick and easy assembly.

ASSEMBLY

Immediately after your steel components are cut, they are assembled into customized wall panels, floor and roof trusses using the 3D model in STEP 2.

CONSTRUCTION

Once the project structure framing is complete, it is now ready to be clad with any type of material, zero restrictions. 2/3 less labor, in 50% less time.
